Capital One bank: credit card savings with rewards you can combine. Use the points to get a Target gift card for $50 or $100. She is able to do this 2-3 times a year, also apply cash to your payments, travel points and to buy merchandise.
Food: Free samples at Whole Food & Balducci's, Free cookies at Harris Teeter, plus usually plenty of other food samples through out the store: usually the Deli, Bread ad bakery.
Giant: buy groceries for employers at Giant using your shoppers card and use it at Shell gas for .10 off for each gallon of gas.
